The platforms we deliver information on are changing everyday. New mobile devices, the internet of things – screens get bigger, then smaller, then bigger again. The Band of the Day project set out to create a music magazine that would live in your pocket, on your tablet, or in your favorite browser. It required design disciplines that maintained the essence of the brand while owning the platform it was viewed on.
To be fair, that information is presented beautifully - particularly on the iPad version - allowing you to swish about a look book-like profile with lots of nicely rendered pictures, albums, track lists where you can listen to hours and hours of songs from the most liked artists on the system.
